Chiropractic Care

Spine model“As a chiropractor, I’m concerned primarily with the joints of the spine and the muscles around it, and identifying where areas are stiff and stuck,” said Dr. Adich. “My job as a chiropractor is to find those spots and use either my hands or an instrument to restore normal motion in that joint, and that will “reboot” the patient’s nervous system in the area to relax the muscles.”

What Are Some Benefits?

Chiropractic adjustments from Dr. Adich decrease pain and spasm, increase motion and circulation, and promote healing and performance. A properly functioning spine and nervous system is essential for good health. Chiropractic care is also beneficial as wellness care, to improve health and the body’s natural ability to resist disease and injury.

Techniques Used

Dr. Adich employs many techniques and will use the one(s) that will get the best results for the patient.

Diversified

Among the most popular chiropractic techniques, this hands-on approach allows us to manually adjust your spinal bones into proper position.

Extremities

Did you know that the chiropractic approach that works so well with the spine can be applied to other joints of your body? We can adjust the hips, shoulders, ankles, jaws, and wrists.

McKenzie Method

This technique is an assessment process used for all musculoskeletal issues, including pain or discomfort in the back, neck or extremities.

Impulse IQ

The Impulse IQ technique is a chiropractic adjusting method that uses the highest technology available in chiropractic today. With this method, a small handheld adjusting instrument called the Impulse is used. This approach offers many benefits for our patients, including pain relief.

Care Plans

At our practice, we don’t do long-term treatment plans. Dr. Adich will recommend plans of 2-4 weeks of time, and then he will reevaluate. You won’t be told you need 60 visits over the next year or six months to address your particular concern.

How long you want to be under care is up to you. Here there are no high pressure sales tactics. We just give you options for length of care and let you decide.
